The true essence of our success as a builder has been our ability to cultivate a consortium of talent from a vast pool of a talented, yet varied Houston trade base. Our philosophy as a builder is to approach every project as if we were building our own home. This certainly sounds cliché, but we back that up by using our own homes as models of construction and performance. Through hard work and success, Brian and Ori have been fortunate to be able to build and live in outstanding homes in the same neighborhoods where our work is concentrated.
Workmanlike manner and quality construction are minimal expectations that we do our best to substantially exceed. We believe that the success of every project we do hinges upon our ability to involve our clients substantially in the critical path of construction. At the outset of every project, our clients are given a project schedule with decision milestones that must be met. We constantly set expectations to minimize surprises, and we communicate intensively to ensure that our clients’ expectations are substantially exceeded.
