Custom Homes
The primary focus of our business is building custom homes. On average in a given year, out of 10 single family homes we build, 8 will be custom homes and 2 would be for sale, or “spec” homes.
What really is a custom home? Simply put, a custom home is a home that has never been built before. It is a floor plan, elevation, and design that never has been and never will be exactly duplicated. A custom home emanates from a client’s needs, wants, and lifestyle. The resulting design is a direct reflection of the clients’ individuality. Our custom building process is tailor made to fit each individual client. We build a home around our clients, their lifestyles, their furniture, their art, their kids, dogs, and that special artifact they bought on their last vacation! |
